Related work

The foundations of the project are its terms of reference (DOC, 100 KB) and the Telecommunications Policy 2004.

The project built on one to support the development of the telecommunications policy, conducted for the Ministry of Information and Communications in 2003 by Teleplanning A. Wirzenius Ltd. That produced reports containing much relevant background material:
